Kate Denning | Lawyer

Kate Denning is a Brisbane insurance lawyer and Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injuries with over 18 years’ experience in insurance and personal injuries law. In her years of practice, Kate has successfully resolved hundreds of cases.

Kate helps businesses defend claims against them, challenge their insurer’s decisions and works with seriously injured individuals in personal injuries claims on a no win no fee basis.

Kate opened Denning Insurance Law out of a desire to deliver high value, specialised legal services. Kate’s practice has developed into one which makes a significant difference for the businesses and lives of Denning Insurance Law’s clients in high stakes matters.

Kate believes in using dispute resolution to get straight to the heart of a conflict, without protracted and expensive court action. However, if a matter cannot be settled out of Court, Denning Insurance Law is ready to progress claims to trial through the litigation process, in a cost effective way.

Kate’s hands-on approach, means that Kate will personally manage your matter for its duration. This way, solicitor and client can work together more effectively towards resolution, by focusing on what’s really in dispute.

Kate regularly publishes articles about developments in insurance law through the Denning Insurance Law blog and is an Adjunct Lecturer with the College of Law Australia.
